Only a couple more days left before the Addis Ababa land auction ends!

Just this week, the Addis Ababa City Government extended the land auction deadline, with participants now having until Friday May 17, 2024, to submit their documents and place their auction bids.

It is believed that there are around 250 plots of land available for auction in key areas of the city, including Bole, Piassa, Sarbet, Arat Kilo and more.

A lot of the areas which were reclaimed during the Addis Ababa Corridor Development project, are plots of land which will be designated for commercial or residential type buildings to help solve for the shortage of homes and offices in the capital.
